The next BIG adventure. That is what this is about. I have ridden MS150's since 1991. I have completed three MS150's within five weeks and so this seems like the next logical challenge. In 2010 I rode in California in honor of my cousin, Barbara. So I would like to dedicate this 850 mile plus ride to her as well. I will be riding about a third of the "Bike the U.S. for MS". The part of the TransAmerica route I will be riding cannot be as challenging as the average day fighting MS. I will be joining the group on the west side of Virginia, June 9th and stop just short of Kansas, June 24th 2012. Whatever the road may bring my way, it will pass, just as each and every mile marker does. For our loved ones with MS however that is still not the case. So I will continue to ride and raise funds to help find a cure. This is where you come in. Your contributions go to finding that cure. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society manages many different ways to help those with MS. This ride will raise a significant amount of money that will go to those programs. You become a part of this ride by making a contribution. Just as significant a part as the riders, the ride leaders, the support drivers, the volunteers along the route and the gracious people who provide lodging and food along the way. I will pedal and you will contribute. You see cycling for MS has never been an individual effort. It will always be a team effort. Please join my team.
